We are a garage gym specialising in functional fitness using bodyweight movements, barbells and dumbbells. We incorporate gymnastic movements with Olympic lifting techniques to create a fully-rounded athlete. Sport specific Speed, Power, Quickness and Reaction programs can be created depending on your needs.
