Moving onwards...

Mistakes were made this first month, on both our accounts. Kinks in the menu have been sorted, meal planning is a whole lot smoother and the workouts are getting better and better. Calorie intake is increasing, we know now it was a little low right now which would have hindered results. this has been corrected and will be monitored weekly.

On the plus side, The strength gains are impressive, as is the cardio-vascular endurance increase. Tangible evidence of the system working can be seen in the lower notch on the belt, plus the comments from others about how good Pete is looking right now.

So, Day 1 starts again today. We will see results and we will have good news to come.
